For you Kingsford Coal burners

I guess but that was a ridiculous test. It'd be meaningful if he regulated the temp on both. The B&B ran super low compared to the Kingsford the whole time because he made the vent settings equal. The B&B has much larger briquettes. The Kingsford will have more surface area lit. I get the reasoning behind trying to make all things equal. But it times it doesn't reflect any kind of real world scenario. I say this is a big fan of the B&B charcoal. Maybe compare Low & Slow to Kingsford original or regulate the temperature in some way.
