Fan amp circuit

This request is a little bit off the reservation but someone here can maybe help my long forgotten analog circuit skills. In the HM, the fan blower output voltage is generated by rapidly switching the BS170 off and on which drives the Q3 power mosfet.

I'm looking for a slightly different circuit to drive the fan output. I have a low current 0-10V 20mA signal (with mV resolution), which I need to current amplify in order to drive the blower. If I had 2:1 V gain and a current source such as a MOSFET I could vary the input 0-6V to get what I needed on the fan. For the moment I will ignore the 12V_FB side and assume that feeding voltage will start the blower.

Can someone with analog skills point me in the correct direction?

Thanks!
