Dungeness Crab!!!

Well the crabs are finally hitting the stores after a late start! And our local Safeway has them for a decent price, $5.99/#. Probably wont go much lower unless the dock price drops.

I sure hope they are wild! Those aquarium crabs suck!

Speaking of crabs, here's one of the metal ones almost finished. Needs a coat of penetral to stop the rusting, and a few coats of varathane for UV protection.

Okay on to the food, simple crab louie salad.

Gorgeous crab louie Case. We're still blocked down here, but they're trucking in Crab from Oregon. We picked one up last week, $6.99/lb., and my wife made a nice crab louie too. Like your sculpture. Great use of old rusty tools.
