Current brisket prices

I just checked at my local supermarket and brisket flats are $3.99/pound. I hear they are much cheaper at Wal-Mart or Sam's. Has anyone checked brisket prices lately? If so, what have you seen?

$3.69/lb in my neck of the woods at a local grocery store. I havn't been to Sam's in a couple of weeks but I have called them before to ask the price of pork butts which saved me a trip. My local grocery store was cheaper. $.89 vs. $1.27.

Picked up the $1.79 brisket over the weekend at Smart and Final. They had ribs, buts, and alot of other great deals on Beef.

I got my flat at Sams yesterday for 2.89/lb. The local butcher want's 4.99/lb YEESH!!
