Combo cooks looking for experienced smoker input


 
So.... The main reason I went 22 was for when I have a mess of people over... But we all know no group likes all the same. So who does cooks with two or three things...? And what do you do...? Brisket and butts...? Ribs and chicken...?
 
I ususally do ribs and butt when mixin it up. I get the butt going early on top, and the trimmins below it. Then, the trimmins come off and I send the butt down below and get the ribs on top. Beans go down below the ribs next to the butt with some of the trimmins cut up and thrown in. If you time it right they're all done at the same time.
 
I do picnics and ribs every cook. Shoulder down below and ribs on top. Ribs go on later and off first, I want to minimize the time with the lid off. So the short cook stuff goes on top.
