Chuck eye steak

The wife picked these up today.
We don’t normally get this cut but they looked good and were priced fair.
Not a bad steak at all.
These two tasty steaks fed the three of us decently.

I grilled these earlier last week. Winco had a 2 pack of beautiful, thick cut chuck eyes I couldn’t resist. They were tender and flavorful. These are a great cut, providing they are thick enough to cook to medium rare and still get a good crust on the steak.
 
These were decently thick at a good 1-1/4” at least.
They cooked just fine with a reverse sear.
As I earlier mentioned we don’t normally buy this cut, but after tasting this with its decent sear, juicy meat and good price I’m not hating it.
Not rib-eye but not $40 either.
