Chicken Tikka

1 lb. boneless chicken, skinned and cubed
1 tsp. crushed fresh ginger
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
4 TB. lemon juice
1 TB. chopped fresh cilantro
1 TB. oil

1. In a medium bowl, mix together the chicken, ginger, garlic, chili powder, turmeric and salt. Stir in the yogurt, lemon juice and cilantro and marinate for at least 2 hours.
2. Place on foil or dish, cover with the oil.
3. Grill for 15-20 minutes until cooked, turning and basting several times.
