So i recently got into Cast Iron cooking. I even ordered a special 3 inc cast iron skillet because i knew i wanted to make a egg to go on top of a burger since my son loves that. I was a little scared how it would turn out since i only seasoned it once prior to cooking with it. However it came out perfect. Sorry no plated pics.
First the burgers. Yes i am getting better at grilling over charcoal. I love my new baskets.
Here is the egg in my new skillet. I have since used it to make another 4 eggs. Each time i have gotten better at cooking with it.
Here is the egg out and on top of his burger. Sorry. No completed pic of his burger as he ate it too fast.
On this egg i didn't flip it because i wasn't sure if it was going to be sticking to the bottom or not. However it did just slide out and i have been able to flip the egg very easily since.
I do love cast iron cooking!!
