Breaded chicken - Chicken Fingers

Nothing special here but still some food pics. Wanted to have some chicken fingers and fries. So I cut some potatoes, mixed them with a little olive oil and a few spices. Then breaded some chicken with apple sauce, a simple egg wash and bread crumbs. Cooked the fries at 425 for 22 minutes, flipped, cooked for another 22 minutes. Threw the chicken on the Weber with indirect heat. Cooked for 45 minutes. The chicken strips came out really nice, crunchy outside and moist inside. This is the first time I tried them on the weber and would definitely do them on there again.

Looks great, Mister!

I just wonder, why cook these for 45 minutes? I'd guess these small pieces would be fully cooked after a few minutes?

The chicken was bigger than it looks, there was a lot of breading and I wanted a nice crunch to it. They also cooking over indirect heat. Thanks for the comments guys.
