---------------
I found another rub that is supposed to be great with beef ribs.
2 tbsp. black peppercorns, coarsely ground
1 tbsp. white peppercorns, coarsely ground
1 tablespoon cumin seeds, coarsely ground
(Apparently it is best to put these three ingredients in a mortar together and grind with a pestle so they combine)
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery salt
