Something simple and easy, we made it back in 1994 and never got around to rating it. It sure does sound good tho. ;)

Beef Brisket Barbecue

4 to 5 lb. well-trimmed beef boneless brisket
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 TB. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf

1. Rub beef with salt. Place on 20x15" piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Stir together remaining ingredient; pour over beef. Wrap securely in foil. Grill
5 inches from medium coals, turning once, until tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Remove bay leaf.
2. Cut thin diagonal slices across the grain at an angle from two or three "faces" of beef. Spoon any remaining juices in aluminum foil over sliced beef, if desired. Makes 12 servings
