This was dinner last night. We both thought they were very good. I would liked to have had some of that mop for dipping, but DH used it all while cooking the ribs.

Barbecued Spareribs with Apple Cider Mop

RUB
1 TB. kosher salt
2 tsp. pure chile powder
2 tsp. granulated garlic
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

2 racks pork spareribs, 3 to 4 lbs. each

MOP
1 cup apple cider
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 TB. soy sauce
2 TB. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Grill at 300F for 1 hour, then baste every 30 minutes. Total grilling time will be 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Makes 4 serving

That does look good, Joan! And all with common in home ingredients except maybe the apple cider. I just happened to pickup a triplet of ribs at Costco and will be stopping by Whole Foods this afternoon. Can you guess the next step?
