Anyone have a cooking time chart?

Does anyone have a chart for cooking times for various meats and temps? For example: I have a 6 lb. pork butt. I saw one suggestion on this site for 210 for 10-12 hours and one for 200 for 6 hours. How can I determine the right temp and time for a meat?

Grim, That would be tuff since no 2 butts or briskets cook the same due to fat and conective tissue. That's why you see guide lines for times but nothing's concrete. Butts anywhere from 1.5 - 2 hrs per lb and brisket 1- 1.5 hrs per lb.
 
Grim, plan longer than needed, double foil, wrap in a towel, put it in a warmed up cooler. I've had butts in there wrapped for a little over 5 hours before without any problems.
