I was raised in the Lone Star State, but am currently exiled in sunny South Florida. If it wasn't for the great diving here, I would head back home where they have real food.

I love grilling and just bought my first Weber. It's a diamond on the rough that I just started to restore and am looking forward to all the tips and advice everyone here has to offer.

My passion is experimenting what can be grilled. Pound cake, grapes, romaine lettuce for Caesar salads, the are all amazing!

I can't wait until my grill is up and running and I can finally have a decent steak!

That will be a real beauty when you rehab it. Wait, it is a beauty now. We made burgers on ours last night and my wife is really starting to appreciate all the work I put into it. Love the green.
