Hello Everyone,
Sorry for not posting lately. Unfortunately I've been a little under the weather. Had a small surgery last week but I am recovering nicely.
In fact I felt so good this morning that I started three racks of BRITU spares on the old WSM. When I peeked about an hour ago they were looking good. I'll take them off in about an hour.
Even though I haven't felt like writing I've kept up with the board every day. There's always something interesting just about every time.
Chris, I wish that I could afford to bid on your Little Red Smoker. That was a very nice project and gesture.
