5% wet brined chicken halves

Whipped up 500ml water and made it 5% salinity and did this wet brine with 4 garlic cloves and a bay leaf.

Added GOPP and evoo and cooked for 20 minutes and then added a doctored SBRs for the last 30.

Granulated garlic, onion, pepper and paprika

Evoo, extra virgin olive oil

SBR, sweet baby rays bbq sauce

These are often used here but I see your point. Sorry for any confusion.

It is not just here. Seems I am constantly entering letters into Google to find out what people are posting or texting. Maybe I am just getting old and falling behind. A quick search helped me out.
