2 New scores from CL this week

I got lucky this last week and scored 2 great finds... hard to find here in The Netherlands.
First was a super clean One-Touch Platinum for 50.00 bucks.
Second was a 22.5 WSM for 180.00 bucks... not a bad price because this model cost 599.00 here.

I'm so stoked because I away's wanted a WSM and a used one is VERY hard to find here.... I think they are so expensive that no one buys them, or they hold there value and
owners do not want to sell them.

It's the hunt... I'm Happy !!!!

Prices are in Euro.... very close to Dollar value.

Here is my first shot with a WSM ... Dry Brine Duck with a catch pan for the drippings filled with Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, and Sweat Potatoes... yummy.

It was great..... the duck just fell apart and the skin was crispy.

I used pecan wood for the smoke. 250 deg. for 5 hours.
