Hi,
New to the forum, work in IT living in Sydney originally from Ireland.

Have a Weber Q bbq, doing homework on buying a smoker to move into some smokey American BBQ (slow-cooked brisket etc). Hoping to get some advice on buying a smoker and doing some smoking here!
 
Welcome to the forum Gavin. This is a great place to learn and to share with others. Everyone here is very friendly and love to help others. This forum has helped me so much in the last three years and I know it can do the same for you. Also, we like pics here a lot.
