Help with blower

I registered to tell my tale of woe regarding a heatermeter that almost worked (no lcd) and then didn't work at all, but while waiting for the registration approval I reflowed everything and found a potential solder bridge, and all is working, yay!

However, the blower seems to only come on at 100%. I'm fairly certain that it was working correctly at one point today, but now it does the only-100%-thing both in manual and automatic mode.

I'm using the kit from http://heatermeter.myshopify.com/ with the blower that came with it.

I've tried both pulse and voltage mode, no luck.

I thought maybe it was something I changed, but the PID settings are stock. (0, 4, .02, 5).

Anything obvious I can check to see what's wrong?

edit: I just did the obvious and hooked the multimeter up, and it is indeed only sending 12v at 100%, nothing before.

Well you said obvious, so check that your fan output "on above XX" is set at an appropriate value.

That was it, thanks! Somehow it got set to 98%.
