Going to make lots of pasta, but the next dish will be home made pot stickers
 
Chuck that looks fantastic will have to give that a try for sure. I remember how my grandmother use to do hers and it was great. If the Mrs. is reading the book, how about she join in and the two of you do something together. Would love to see that. Again great job.
 
How did you like it? I also have a pasta maker (manual one) that I make ravioli for the holidays. They freeze very well. I find making pasta fun and is almost as theraputic as smoking meat.

Looks great Chuck, I've been working on my pasta sauces which are starting to be pretty good IMHO. But homemade pasta is the clincher to a great pasta dish.
 
Stop it i still haven't used my Ogallala Creme Can cooker, recommended by CaseT, Pasta looks great Chuck.
 
Now that looks like fun. Good job with the pasta. Bet you'll have some great dinners for your effort.
