It was delicious...just smokey enough, very moist and tender like crazy. Last night I put the rest of the carcass in the crock pot and made 4-1/2 quarts of stock for soup and other uses later. Planning to make some turkey pot pie with the last of the leftover meat, plus what I scavenged after making stock later this week.
