Good morning folks!!
I currently live in Florida, but was born and raised in the mountains of Virginia...yes, I am Hokie fan! My favorite hobby is to go spearfishing in the gulf when I get time, can't wait to try some smoked grouper and cobia!! I joined a couple of weeks ago when I purchased a WSM 18
...after breaking it in, I used it for the first time last weekend on a boston butt and it turned out pretty doggone good. However, after some insight from this board, I am trying another boston butt today....I am also deep frying a turkey for traditions sake.
