This is a system I created to automatically add water to your WSM Smoker. The system keeps the water bowl full during the whole cook. When the jug empties you can just fill it instead of opening the cooker. You are always confident your water pan is full when there is water in the jug. I also included two other simple mods for a probe holder made from 1-Hole 2-Conductor Type ADR Mount Wire Lug. I also demonstrate how I use some aluminum catering trays as grease catchers.
