Hey, I like spam when it's fried. It has that certain "je ne sais quoi" flavour

Fried Spam, yellow mustard, American cheese, white bread. Childhood comfort food. It's great.

our family never got it growing up - I only had it at friends houses.

I liked "baloney hats" ....fried baloney with ketchup - yum

I like it sliced thin and smoked. I also like frying up some taters with some onions and SPAM , put a nice crispy layer of it on a plate and a couple of fried eggs on top. Man there's a lot of different kinds out there now.
