Chicken Souvlaki

A couple of boneless chicken legs no seasoning cooking and will be chopped up and added to some Avogolemono Soup.


Cut up the rest of the pack of chicken and marinated it in some lemon juice, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic salt and oregano.Reserved some of the marinade and will use it as a salad dressing too. Marinated the chicken for a few hours, skewered them before placing it on the grill

Added a couple of skewers in a warm pita with a little tzatziki sauce, added one to a salad and added a bowl of Avogolemono soup and called it dinner.
 
That looks awesome! Zucchini are probably my favorite grilled veggie, and I love them with a good char like that.
