Hey everyone. Just joined, have been a long time lurker though, probably for over a year.

Like everyone else here, I enjoy the hobby of smoking/grilling and even dabble in some BBQ competitions. I am the proud owner of Weber OTG 22 inch w/ rotisserie. 18.5 WSM, a weber Q 320 and my big smoker is 36'' Horizon side fire box made from 1/4 inch steel. Its good to be here and I look forward to posting.
