calling Weber customer service...

Well Jim, I can tell you that my experience with Weber last Saturday was stellar. I called them four times about the 96 Genesis Redhead I picked up on Saturday morning and each person I spoke with was kind and very helpful even though I wasn't going to buy anything yet. Hopefully your experience was just an anomaly.

Any of us can have a bad day. But leave it at home, don't take it to work.

I don't know what happened with Jan but nothing irritates me more than when a person working a customer service job gets irritated dealing with customers. Ever walk into a fast food restaurant and the person behind the counter makes it seem like you the customer are interrupting their day. The reason the job you have exists is to help the customer. People can have bad days even weeks with personal issues like divorce, deaths etc but you can't let that affect your job.

Ok jumping off the soap box.

Tommy, in my mind, folks (kids) that work fast food joints are only there for the FACEBOOK value of the job...
They really haven't broken the JOB BARRIER yet where they've realized:
OH ****! I GOTTA DO THIS FOR THE REST OF MY MISERABLE LIFE??!! OMG!!
