Forgive the amateurish photo, but i just had to share this! Had been using Smokenator 1000, but had an awful time controlling the temp. The WSM ran like a dream, despite a stall at about 160 degrees.

Lookin good & congrats on the first run! It's amazing how easy the WSMs are to manage.

The stall is not caused by the cooker, it is caused by the meat.
