Dinner tonight was rotisserie chicken taco's. Deb injected the chicken with chicken broth, EVOO, butter, S&P, webers Chicken & rib rub with some Cabella's open season Roasted Garlic & Beer. Seasoned with S&P, webers chicken & rib seasoning. And onto the rotiss.
On the rotisserie for a hour & 20 mins.Shredded the chicken after it was taken off the rotisserie.
Here is your plate along with rice, green chilies & onions. Tried some of Tony's Sriracha HOT Chili sauce.
