almost every Saturday morning we listen to NPR's local radio station WHAD
well, yesterday, while listening to Dr Zorba Pastor on the radio, he had a great sounding recipe...
and it is called Firecracker Chicken... yup. So I made it today.

Great post...I do catch Dr. Z once in a while but have never tried any of his recipes.....I guess this chicken is on my list now.

Had never heard of Dr Zorba before....but looked at the recipe and your preparation.
