We did carne asada tonight and had my sister inlaw and her husband over for the weekend.
Marinated the carne asada for 3 hours. 4 large oranges,4 limes,1/4 bunch of cilantro,4 cloves chopped,1/2 onion chopped,2 tbs salt,1tbs black pepper,1tbs cummin,1 tbs onion powder,1 tbs garlic powder,2 tbs of chef merito seasoning.

Looks really tasty buddy! Alot of flavours going on in that plate...Really nice. What kinda meat is that(cut)

Looks great as always. Thanks for reminding me it's time to go searching for some fresh tomatillos.

Beautiful stuff man! That final pic is my kinda meal. 20 different flavors and you can spend the whole meal mixing and trying all of them. Great job.

Outstanding!

Tony / Maribel, your plated dinner wins major awards worldwide!
Better make room in your trophy case!

Tony that looks amazing, I don't know what some of those things are but I would grab every one of them at the buffet, probably two of each!
