...and brushed the sauce on every 2 minutes or so...

Very nice Jim! I love yakitori. When I make it, I like to sandwich 1-inch pieces of scallion in between each chunk of chicken. I personally like how the taste of grilled scallion complements the yakitori glaze.
 
Didn't Dizzy Gillespie play for the Cardinals? Oh no sorry that was Dizzy Dean. Chicken Paul's black hole. Nice job Jim.

That's a great meal you cooked and something that Maribel wants me to make...:)
 
Looks good! But Pammi's getting mad because I keep stabbing at the screen with a fork trying to get a bite! :eek:
 
Diz, Sonny & Sonny -- nice musical choice. And that chicken looks amazing. Love it.
...Always had a soft spot for Diz.
