Hello folks.
I had some turkey thighs boneless / skinless in the freezer.
So I decided to make turkey burgers.
No packages from supermarket (80/20?, 85/15?, 90/10?).
I know what I eat - simply 2kg turkey thighs and 5 minutes of work.
seasoned
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin,
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 cup scallions finely sliced
1 shallot finely sliced
4 cloves of garlic - grated
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 egg
1.5% salt - 30g (optional number)
everything mixed with meat and placed for 2 hours in the cold
the weather was bad - sun / rain every 15 min
so I had to use a parasol / umbrella over my Weber
potatoes went first, then i added mushrooms
friendly blink at all the little and big chefs here on TVWBB
a few pictures of grilling meat
everything is ready to build of burgers
