Yawn, another chicken spiedini cook.
Flat breasts marinated in Italian dressing, and rolled in a Panko/Parm cheese mix.

Jo snapped a pic during a lull in the storm.
I think she's proud of her Cowboy Bob, yeah, I'm sure that's it.

Only one shot of the grill.

Plated up with candy glazed carrots, and boiled potatoes.
Melted butter, lemon juice, and garlic drizzled on the meat and spuds.

Super tasting supper on a cold, snowy, Springtime night!

Thanks for stopping by, and remember,
Never eat yellow snow!

Is that yellow snow in your glass?

I certainly hope not!! Thanks Bob for posting this...I was wondering what to make for dinner tonight and pulled out some chicken but I think I got all that stuff!!

Never get tired of looking at Brooke pics either!! She needs a buddy!

Take care!

I'd be yawning AFTER eating that good food. Nice looking meal once again. Cool pics!!

I got my cook in yesterday before the 10"+ inches of snow we are getting right now. Didn't get the grill covered so I need to dig it out anyway to cover it up. Great looking chicken. I'm adding that to list of how-to's for chx breasts.

Thx for the pics. You might need a TVWBB apron to go with that hat.

Dude, heck I went swimming today. Cooking in that cold deserves the merit badge of the year award..................d

Bob...it's looks like you took up that offer for snow from Mr. Lampe...for once we didn't get hit by a storm! Stay warm...spring is really coming...the Sandhills cranes are making there way back to wisconsin!
