Guys I need some help, a friend of mine was just given a hanger steak, but no one in his family will touch a steak that isn't well done and since it's recommended that hangers are served rare to med. rare, he wants me to smoke it and see what happens. Does anyone have any suggestions on rubs, marinades, cooking times? I'm half tempted to just buy it off of him and grill it as God intended. Thanks in advance
