    ABT cook times

    I have made ABTs a few times but didn't keep a cook log. It has been a while and I don't remember how long they take. I was thinking about an hour at 250, but I am not sure. How long to you cook yours and at what temp.

    Judging question

    It is my understanding that there are typically 6 judges at each table (hence turning in 6 pieces). What happens if the number of teams is not a factor of 6? Do you have an odd number table? What do you do about scoring? Thanks!

    Cleaning cooking grates with oven cleaner?

    Does anyone clean thier cooking grates with oven cleaner? I was thinking of trying it and I wondered if anyone else does it. I brush them off everytime, but they do still get some buildup. I was thinking of spraying them with oven cleaner, letting it soak a while then hosing them off good.
