Gameday chicken at the house this Saturday for lunch. Used my own rub, Hickory Smoke, and my Dad's vinegar based hot BBQ sauce. The hot one was for me! Perfect weather for smoking in Nashville! Going on at 275 1 hour in, settled down to 225 Almost 3 hours in, time for some sauce Time...

I'd like to make a couple modifications on my WSM, but I don't want to shell out $40 for a step bit. I don't think I would use it again. Has anyone found a cheaper way to drill?
