    Veal Shanks?? Need Help

    Hi, I have a large family gathering and will be smoking a brisket (done it), Ribs (done it) and I have two 4 Lbs Veal Shanks whole. My temperature will be 220-240. Does anyone know how long these should take and should they be marinated overnight?
