    Just did my first run with the Heatermeter 4.2.4 and I couldn't be more pleased. It was attached to a mini wsm and I learned quite a bit on just this burn. I lit it with a single Weber lighter cube and let the heatermeter take over right from the beginning...top vent fully open. Huge...

    Which analog thermometer for 18.5" WSM

    I have an ancient pre-thermometer 18" WSM and would like to add one to it. Which route would you go? OEM dome thermometer or something at grate level? Grate level would be more accurate, but will get in the way. Thanks, Mike

    DIY Stoker probe adapter

    Has anyone tried to make an adapter to use the Stoker with Maverick or other low cost probes? I see they sell a K type adapter, but that's already at $40...add the cost of a probe and that's getting pricey.

    Orphaned 22" base

    I've sacrificed the lid of my 22" OTS in the search for the perfect pizza pie and am left with an orphaned base. Any thoughts on what to do with it? Fire pit was already rejected by the boss. Strangely she didn't mind the idea of the real Weber fire pit.
