For the fourth hosted a ton of folks. Smoked a pork butt and two picnic shoulders overnight. Followed that up with ribs. Everyone loved the food. I also 'stole' a rain cover idea from these very forums! Thanks guys!

I've been smoking on my Weber kettle for a couple years. This is my first actual smoker. Gonna give her the first go Friday night for July 4th. Can't wait! I've been reading all your tips and advice all week. Awesome site and forum!
