Hey Colin, I believe the original premium that you see in europe is the taller model, the same height as the MT, so that would be the same. (here in the US the regular models are lower than the MT). So the differences would be the lid bale, so you can slide the lid back and it's held in place...

copper is a great color, they should offer MT"s in copper here as well. i think it's one of the best colors they've ever done personally.

that would be odd because the gov't has been denying the existence of extra... i mean weber has been denying that they'd ever release these colors in the states. sorry, been watching too much x-files recently.

i didn't get much sunlight this weekend, and we were painting for most of it but i did manage this parting shot with the lemongrass. she will be my sole cooker for the foreseeable future, the 26 leaves this week in a trade. she's a B code. :redmastertouch:

i bought from JCCayer, and they were great, i want to make that clear. i just read some reviews on them and didn't want to lead anyone into potential issues. my experience with them was great, i'd buy from them again anytime.

i went with smoke this time. i grabbed matt's ivory MT and i got the spring green from the UK. i'm building my MT arsenal. if only i could find the illusive blue wave and lemongrass MT's. i know they're out there, hiding in the wilds. here's the links to the new Smoke north american...

mine is supposed to be here tomorrow. i didn't see any threads on it here at tvwbb, but weber is releasing a limited quantity of Ivory, Spring Green, Slate and Smoke Master Touch grills in Canada, and they're available now. the place i ordered from didn't get very good reviews, so i'm hesitant...

^ thanks guys! :flagkettle: i just wish we got these colors here, it's silly that they only sell cool color'd kettles overseas and not here. and yeah, i figured it's one color we'll never get here so i went for it. i'm just lucky to have a buddy in the uk that doesn't mind chasing these down...

i'm a big fan of the euro kettles. so much so i had a buddy in the UK grab this lemongrass 22. the thing is, it's not as pastel yellow as it looks in pics. it def has some green to it. a couple pics captured that in the medium shade pics below. she's got some wear so it's no closet queen...

the leg sockets have a hole in them right? if so, that'd be the new bowl. did you get pieces that lock the legs in place? it's supposed to be a big improvement, making it super stable.

they stand by their products. glad to hear you got it worked out. does your new bowl have the leg sockets with the clips on it? i've heard that new style is much more stable.

if you have a problem with your 26 leaning, and it's less than 10 years old, then contact weber. they'll probably ship you a new bowl for it. my experience lately is nothing but positive with my 26. i cook on it almost daily.
