    Manual Thermostat

    Has anyone tried a manual thermostat temperature control system? I saw one on eBay and was just curious. I think it would work but probably not as good of control as you have with the PID. Any thoughts?

    Gasket mod

    I read someplace that the new WSM do not need the mod due to Weber making them a different. Is this true?? I have a new 14.5 on the way. Will apply while it's clean if needed.
