    Thanks Bob, If Costco has it year round I am happy. We are members we just do not go there a whole lot. I did get the last butt I did an Costco and it was a nice piece of pork.

    Any of my fellow Lancaster Co. smokers have a local source for wood? Mail order is a pain and I got something on e-bay but still waiting on them to arrive. I checked the phone book and even called a couple of places, but no luck. Help!!

    Lid Temp vs Top Grate

    Although a necomer here I must agree with Paul G. I stick my Taylor in the top vent. If I keep it around 240 or 250 I am happy wih everything else. I don't even take temp on a butt till much time has passed. If the dome temp is at the 250 range I am happy that my rack temps are good

    Duraflame charcoal?

    In my sunday newspaper their was a coupon for "Duraflame" charcoal. Anyone ever use this? Not sure if I have even seen it around here, but I would try it if anyone can give me a reccomendation
