    Very large pork shoulder.

    Wife picked me up a pork shoulder, to the tune of about 21 lbs. The thing is huge. Need some advice, smoke it like a normal sized butt? Just alot longer or what. Not concerned with pinpointing cook time, as this one is getting pulled, vac'd and frozen. Just wondering what I've gotten myself...

    Just bought a 22.5, don't want my 18.5 to get gealous. Looking at giving her a makeover.I've seen the special project blue and red cooker...these were done with new ones. I've found a place that does ceramic coatings rated for 2200 degrees. I'm not home so I haven't priced it, but was wondering...
