Did my first "Q" cook tonight....didnt spray the grate but did brush my chicken with olive oil....still stuck pretty bad to the grate .... bought a brass brush for cleanup which was almost next to impossible and now my grate is like a tanish color?? did i somehow ruin my grate....sorry new to this

Hey guys .... new to the forum and just purchased a Q200 .... I'm trying to decide between the Rolling Cart or the Stationary Cart ..... Is the rolling cart really that stable? or is it better to just go with the stationary cart?
