My local grocery store Piggly Wiggly has what is called a pork picnic on sale.... My question is this like a Boston butt? I saw it is part of the shoulder, just curious if someone has smoked one.

Smoked my first set of ribs today and they turned out AWESOME...... Sorry no action pics this time I was so caught up in the moment...... I used Applewood, Apple rub and apple juice, So hints the name TRIPLE A RIBS..... Enjoy Grilled corn on the husk and Italian style potato salad...

They are not homemade but from a box my wife found at Walmart. They are really good though.

A simple meal for a friday evening...... Just started my wife picked some nice ones All done And Plated... Scalloped potatoes and lima beans They ain't the best looking pork chops but they were good.

There certainly ain't nothing boring about those, dang now I have something else I need to try.
