    WSM Cleaning 101

    I went and got myself a round pan to drop my grates in. I mix some degreaser, about 25%, with 75% water and toss them in there for a couple hours. Works like magic and the grates come out looking shiny and new.

    Well, I made up a big batch of it, rubbed down 2 pork butts and put them on the smoker half an hour ago with apple/cherry wood. Gonna sleep while my meat cooks.

    NOT the point. Obviously there are a number of us having this issue. It's a problem. They should fix the dang problem, not ask you how your food is turning out. Ridiculous.

    Okay... gotta post my picture with the largemouth bass... nothing against a smallmouth... I'll fish for anything, but growing up we had tons of ponds with the big'uns.
