Thinking of making this on the weekend but use boston butts. I do have a couple questions. Has anyone tried this with the yellow mustard before the rub? Also, how long do you rub it before you smoke it. I was thinking 12 hours? then inject just before putting it on the WSM.

I put this in another thread but I guess I should have put it here. I am running a Windows 7 machine and I have everything I think set up correctly. But I seem to be having problems connecting to the stoker (I am using an ethernet or cross over cable)

Setting up my stoker and I got everything set on the internet with the stoker web interface and I have the correct IP address in the Stokerlog box correct but it still keeps saying cannot connect?? Thats all I can really say.. Can anyone help?
