Congratulations, Chris! The impact you have had on not only WSM, but Weber owners in general, is impossible to measure. I first washed ashore here over 16 years ago and continue to pick up new things when I check-in. Thank you for everything you have done! Now, 25 more, right?!
Ha...I recognize a younger version of me. I don't think I've seen this. A lot of the b-roll is from the Weber Experience campaign in 2013, and even a few things I shot in some very, very early social videos. Oh, and the old GA!

I've only made them a few times and if memory serves me right, I crafted the first one from an Alton Brown recipe and the second from the BBQ Bible. The run really lean, I do recall that, so hitting temp is a must!
