I am thinking about using their techniques but with a propane grill. With one burner, I can keep the temperature under 300F.

I put the grill on CL for free and in less than an hour, a young man with a beard and ponytail rolled it home.

It's a Jenn-Air grill, which is a Nexgrill sold by Lowes. Not worth the time, effort and cost to convert it.

I have the same grill. I got it for free 2 years ago. I replaced the propane hose at that time, and I replaced the burner tubes today. I cook everything on it and grill all year long. I can't figure out how to mount that little side basket.
